Return Policy
Our goal is for you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Refunds apply to the product purchase price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been shipped. If your order has not yet shipped, we can issue a full refund including shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Returned items must be in original condition to be eligible for a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and you will receive a confirmation within 1–3 business days.
